What the robot does in operation

Autonomous pickup

A pallet engaged in 20 s, even poorly positioned

The robot spots the pallet, aligns itself and engages its forks in 20 s. An offset pallet is corrected up to 15 cm, a rotated pallet up to 15 degrees. It performs a 90-degree pickup in a 2 m aisle; 15 cm between two pallets is enough. The demonstration, when distribution opens, will validate your actual pallet formats one by one: three-runner pallets, perimeter-base pallets, or non-standard supports.

Perception

360-degree vision, right among your teams

Its navigation combines 3D LiDAR and cameras in a dual-SLAM setup: the autonomous pallet truck finds its way with no markers or floor tape, detects pedestrians, vehicles and obstacles, and continuously adjusts its route. It travels at 1.2 m/s loaded and 1.6 m/s empty, in aisles shared with your teams. Manual takeover remains possible at any time.

Control

A coordinated fleet, three ways to trigger a mission

A mission is launched from the app, from buttons installed at a workstation, or automatically through the application programming interface connected to your tools. Several robots coordinate as a fleet, including offline, and optional integrations open elevators and automatic doors. Detailed operation is described on our dedicated page.

Manual takeover The robot runs in dual mode: autonomous for its missions, manual as soon as an operator wants to take the controls.
Your load formats Three-runner pallets, perimeter-base pallets or specific supports: the demonstration will validate your actual formats one by one, when distribution opens.
Recharging The robot returns to its charging point: about 2 hours on a 200-240 V outlet, for 12 hours of battery life empty and 6 hours at full load.
Tight spaces A 2 m aisle is enough for a 90-degree pickup; the Narrow Fork version, with 550 mm forks, handles the tightest configurations.

One clarification: the 6-hour battery life at full load doesn't mean continuous operation at 2,000 kg. The on-site demonstration, when distribution opens, will measure actual productivity, on your flows and your distances.

Two versions

Standard or Narrow: choosing your version

Standard, 620 mm forks

The MPID01-M version covers the most common pallet formats. It suits typical flows in production and warehouses: links between lines, docks and floor storage areas.

Narrow, 550 mm forks

The MPID01-N version is designed for narrower pallets and special supports, common in distribution. Capacity and navigation are identical: only the fork width changes.

If you're torn between the two, the site assessment gives a first verdict based on your answers, and the demonstration, when distribution opens, will test your actual pallets with the version we recommend before any commitment.

Boundaries

What the robot doesn't do

It doesn't stack at height

Its lift height is 200 mm: it's a pallet truck, not a mast-lift forklift. It doesn't raise pallets into racking, and we don't present it as doing so. Its function is continuous floor-level transport.

It doesn't clear everything

Its limits are clear-cut: 10 mm thresholds, 35 mm gaps, a 3-degree slope when loaded. The site assessment checks that your thresholds meet these values and that your aisles reach 2 m, measurements in hand, before any commitment.

It isn't improvised

It works with no major changes to your site, which doesn't rule out preparation: routes, pickup and drop-off points, safety guidelines and optional integrations (elevators, automatic doors) are defined together with your teams.
