Full service: pallet handling in a single all-inclusive monthly fee

The autonomous pallet truck, its maintenance, its parts and the training of your teams are combined into a single monthly fee. The plan sits in operating expenses, not investment: we remain the owner of the equipment, so a breakdown is our responsibility.

The principle

Why do we remain the owner of the equipment?

Aligned interests

A breakdown is our problem, not yours

Under full service, the autonomous pallet truck remains our property. A worn part, a setting to redo, downtime: these costs fall on us. Our interest therefore matches yours exactly: that the machine moves your pallets, every day. No other arrangement creates this alignment; that is why we recommend this plan.

The accounting view

An operating expense, not an investment

The monthly fee is booked as an operating expense: nothing joins your assets, nothing depreciates, nothing needs reselling. You judge the service delivered month after month, on a simple criterion: are your pallets being moved? The fee is single and all-inclusive, on a 48-month commitment. The free pre-assessment then examines feasibility at your facility, based on your answers, with a written verdict within 48 business hours.

The scope

What does the monthly fee cover?

What the monthly fee includes

  • The autonomous pallet truck (2,000 kg capacity), delivered, mapped and configured on your routes.
  • Commissioning: missions, pickup and drop-off points, triggering by app, buttons or programming interface.
  • Training your teams, including autonomous mode and manual takeover.
  • Preventive maintenance, scheduled according to your actual usage.
  • Parts, replaced at no additional charge.
  • Software updates, without any action on your part.
  • On-site troubleshooting, handled by your regional contact.

What stays your responsibility

  • Electricity: charging uses a 200-240 V outlet and takes about 2 hours.
  • An environment compliant with the site assessment: thresholds of 10 mm at most, gaps of 35 mm at most, loaded slopes of 3° at most (about 5%), 2 m aisles for a 90° pickup.
  • Compatible pallets: 3 runners or a perimeter base; a non-standard support is validated during the demonstration, once distribution opens.

To be clear: "no site modification" does not mean "no integration." Commissioning requires joint work (routes, procedures, any connections to elevators and automatic doors), which we carry out with your teams.

The process

How is the plan set up?

First step

The free pre-assessment

You answer four questions and your regional contact sends back a written verdict within 48 business hours: what works, what needs a tape-measure check, what blocks it. The on-site demonstration will follow once distribution opens.

Third step

Commissioning

We map the site, program the missions and coordinate the fleet if several machines are running, including offline. Optional integrations (elevators, automatic doors) are prepared at this stage, with your technical teams.

Fourth step

Training

Your teams learn to call the machine (app, buttons, programming interface), to take back manual control and to report an issue. Your regional contact then remains reachable and stays the same from the first to the last day of the contract.

The trade-off

Which risks does the monthly fee absorb?

Breakdown

We step in and restore the machine to working order, at no additional charge. The downtime is on us, not on your budget.

Wear

Parts are included and replaced at the pace your operations require. No spare-parts line appears during the contract.

Obsolescence

The equipment does not age on your balance sheet. You have no depreciation to record, no specialized equipment to resell at end of life.

Site changes

If your flows change, we redo the configuration. If your needs grow, we coordinate several machines, including offline. The contract follows your operations.

The brand is young and we will not quote references that do not yet exist. That is precisely why the pre-assessment comes before any commitment, and why the equipment risk stays on us.

Who is it for?

Who does this plan suit?

You prefer expense over investment

The monthly fee is booked as an operating expense and preserves your investment capacity for your core business. You have nothing to finance, nothing to depreciate, nothing to resell.

Your business is changing

Growth, seasonality, reorganized flows: when operations change fast, a service that adjusts beats equipment that ties you down.

You want a single point of contact

Machine, upkeep, parts, training: everything sits in a single contract, with a single contact. If something goes wrong, you know immediately who to call.

After-sales service

A regional contact, from pre-assessment to troubleshooting

Your file is followed by the same person: they run the pre-assessment, produce the pricing, support commissioning and then answer your calls. This network already exists: it is easytoclean's, within the Easy To group, with 12 regional contacts.

If you would rather put the equipment on your balance sheet, purchase with a maintenance contract is also available: discover purchase + maintenance.

It all starts with the pre-assessment

Answer four questions: your regional contact sends back a written verdict within 48 business hours, free and with no commitment. The demonstration will follow once distribution opens.
