« What is it really worth? »
Yes. Its rated load is 2,000 kg, moved at 1.2 m/s loaded and 1.6 m/s empty. Within a footprint of 1,585 x 910 x 1,870 mm, it travels wherever your current pallet trucks go, including a 90-degree pallet pickup in a 2 m aisle. Its full spec sheet is detailed on the technology page.

No, and we prefer to say so plainly: the autonomous pallet truck is a pallet truck, not a forklift. Its lift is 200 mm (forks lowered to 80 mm): enough to clear a 10 mm threshold or a 3-degree loaded slope (about 5%), but not to place a pallet in racking. It is built for repetitive horizontal transfer; stacking is a job for other equipment.
It recognizes 3-runner pallets, perimeter-base pallets and, once validated during the site assessment, certain non-standard supports. Engaging a pallet takes 20 seconds; the robot corrects an offset of up to 15 cm and a rotation of up to 15 degrees, and works with 15 cm between pallets. Two fork widths are available: 620 mm (MPID01-M) or 550 mm (MPID01-N, narrow version).
The autonomous pallet truck runs for 12 hours empty and 6 hours at full load, with a recharge of about 2 hours on a 200-240 V outlet. That figure needs a caveat: 6 hours at full load doesn't mean 6 hours of uninterrupted travel with 2,000 kg on the forks, since a real day mixes loaded runs, empty returns and waiting time. The demonstration on your site, once distribution opens, will measure that gap and establish your actual productivity rather than a spec-sheet figure.

« Can it work alongside us? »
The robot senses its surroundings continuously: its navigation combines 3D LiDAR and cameras (dual SLAM). When a person or obstacle enters its path, it slows down, stops if needed, then resumes or recalculates its route. It's designed to operate among pedestrians and forklift drivers; the demonstration will in fact take place under your real operating conditions, once distribution opens.

Your site
« Will it fit at our site? »
In most cases, no. The robot adapts to an existing site as long as four measurements are respected: thresholds of 10 mm or less, gaps of 35 mm or less, slopes of 3 degrees loaded (about 5%, 8 degrees empty) and 2 m aisles for a 90-degree pickup. One caveat though: "no site modification" doesn't mean "no integration." Defining missions, pickup and drop-off points, and connecting automatic doors and lifts where needed (optional integrations) takes careful preparatory work. Our free pre-assessment serves exactly that purpose, as a site assessment.
No. The autonomous pallet truck finds its way using 3D LiDAR and cameras in dual SLAM: it maps your site as it travels, with no beacons, no floor markings, no rails. If your layout changes, routes are redefined with no construction work.
The published limits are: 10 mm thresholds, 35 mm gaps, a 3-degree slope at full load (about 5%) and 8 degrees empty. Your ramps will be checked during the demonstration, robot loaded, once distribution opens, and a gentle ramp often resolves borderline cases.
Access from one building to another is what decides: thresholds, slopes and pathways are examined during the pre-assessment, whose verdict tells you exactly what to check with a tape measure. When a passage isn't practical, the answer is often one robot per building rather than costly construction work.
The programming interface lets you trigger missions from your own tools, and optional integrations open automatic doors and lifts. The exact scope is defined during the technical assessment.
It depends on your flows: distances traveled, pace, team organization, activity peaks. Rather than putting forward a theoretical figure, these elements will be measured during the demonstration on your site, once distribution opens, and sizing will follow from that. When several robots are needed, they work as a coordinated fleet, including offline in case of a network outage.

« How much, and who handles it? »
The price of your installation depends on the number of robots and your flows, never a generic price list. If you need a ballpark figure to move things forward internally, your regional contact can give you one by phone. Public pricing will be published at launch. Under rental + full service: a 48-month commitment, all-inclusive (robot, deployment, training, maintenance, support). For purchase: the robot becomes your asset, with a monthly maintenance contract. No, and we refuse to promise that in a brochure. The right way to think about it is cost per flow: our calculator gives a ballpark figure from your numbers, then the flow study measures reality. If the return isn't demonstrated, we don't recommend deployment.

We don't disclose its name until the distribution agreement is made public. What matters to you doesn't change: we remain your single point of contact, and sales, deployment, training and maintenance are handled by our own teams.

It's free, with no commitment, and based on your own input: you tell us your pallets per day, your heaviest load, your narrowest aisle and your floors. Your regional contact sends back a written verdict within 48 business hours. At the end, you know what will pass, what needs checking with a tape measure, and what's a blocker. The number of pallets moved, distances, frequency, schedules, the forklift-operator time actually tied up, pickup and drop-off points. It's what checks our calculator's estimate against your real numbers: if the return isn't demonstrated, we don't recommend deployment.

Day-to-day operation
« And once it's running? »
Yes: missions can be scheduled across wide time windows, including nights and between shifts. Its published range is 12 hours empty and 6 hours at full load, with a recharge of about 2 hours: work and charging windows are defined together during commissioning.
The robot returns to its charging point (about 2 hours on a 200-240 V outlet) and missions are planned around these windows. In a fleet, the other robots keep working during that time.
Activity tracking is included in both plans: regular, traceable routes, robot status readable by your teams, mission history. Your regional contact uses it to adjust operations together with you.
Missions are triggered and organized from the app, the workstation buttons or the programming interface. And since the robot navigates without beacons or floor markings, reorganizing your site requires no construction work: routes are redefined, and we adjust circuits with you as your flows evolve.
Several robots coordinate as a fleet, including offline. A robot is added as volume grows, and it's often access from one building to another, more than volume, that determines the number of machines: the pre-assessment looks at this based on your answers, and tells you exactly what to check with a tape measure.
The operating temperature isn't part of the data published by the manufacturer, and we won't make one up. Outdoor passages and cold zones will be examined during the on-site demonstration, once distribution opens: it's the only honest answer we can give before we've seen your site.
