A dock supervisor triggers a mission from their phone: they specify the pallet's pickup and drop-off points.
The robot is an autonomous pallet truck: it takes over pallet transfers from dock to dock and zone to zone, at the pace your distribution center requires, while your teams focus on tasks that require a human touch.

Receiving, inspection, sorting, shipping: between these zones, flows repeat from morning to night. The autonomous pallet truck handles these shuttles with up to 2,000 kg on the forks, at 1.2 m/s loaded and 1.6 m/s empty. Its lift is 200 mm: it is a ground-level transfer tool. It does not place pallets on racking; it supplies your zones, and your forklift operators keep the work at height.
On a dock, pallets are rarely set down to the millimeter. The robot engages a pallet in 20 s, corrects an offset up to 15 cm and a rotation up to 15°, and achieves a 90° pickup in a 2 m aisle. A 15 cm gap between two pallets is enough; it crosses a 10 mm threshold and a 35 mm gap, and holds a 3° loaded slope. Its navigation relies on a 3D LiDAR and cameras, in dual SLAM.
The fleet splits up missions and coordinates the robots' paths to prevent any bottleneck; this coordination stays operational offline, when the network is down. Navigation needs no rail or floor beacon. That said, no site modification does not mean no integration: preparing your flows is part of our work. We detail how this works on the How it works page.

A single press at the workstation is enough to call a robot or free up a zone, with no screen or input needed.
Your management systems trigger missions automatically, based on your shipping orders.
Optionally, the autonomous pallet truck integrates with your automatic doors (and your elevators, if needed): the robots then cross these passages from zone to zone with no intervention from your teams.
A distribution center does not run at a constant pace: end-of-day, end-of-week and seasonal peaks concentrate most of the flow. The fleet absorbs these swings, and charging fits into the quiet periods.
One clarification: 6 h at full load does not mean 6 h of continuous work with 2,000 kg on the forks. Actual consumption depends on your distances, your floors and your pace. That is why we do not advertise a number of pallets per hour: actual productivity will be measured on your runs, with your pallets, during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens.
The full robot spec sheet is available on the robot page.
We do not publish rates: every distribution center has its own distances, flows and integration constraints. Pricing will be set after the demonstration at your site, during the first wave, once distribution opens. In the meantime, the free pre-assessment described on the site assessment page checks your answers against the 10 mm thresholds, the 35 mm gaps, the loaded slopes and the 2 m aisles: the written verdict, within 48 business hours, tells you what to measure yourself.
The robot, maintenance, parts and training are combined into a single all-inclusive monthly fee. The plan is an operating expense, with no investment to carry.
Discover full serviceThe robot joins your company's assets, and a maintenance contract secures its operation over time.
Discover the purchase planA single regional contact supports you from pre-assessment to after-sales service: the same network as easytoclean, with 12 regional contacts. Our brand is young; rather than invoking references, we invite you to see the robot working at your site during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens. The most frequent questions are gathered in our FAQ.
Thirteen people across mainland France; the one in your region follows you from pre-assessment to after-sales service. Click a portrait to write to them.
Four contacts, and the last one knows neither your floors, your hours, nor what was agreed at the start.
The person who works on your machine is the one who saw your site before deployment. Nothing to re-explain.
Your pallets move on their own? Your floors can be cleaned autonomously too. By the same group: over 700 sites supported across France, with the same regional contact.
The pre-assessment is free and based on your own answers: the written verdict, within 48 business hours, tells you what to measure yourself. The robot's actual productivity on your distances will be measured during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens.
