The pre-assessment of your site
Free, based on your own answers: four questions, a written verdict within 48 business hours.
Five steps, one single regional contact and a method: every decision rests on the autonomous pallet truck observed in operation at your site, on your pallets, in your aisles.
Every journey starts with the free pre-assessment, and each following step builds on what was declared and checked there.
Free, based on your own answers: four questions, a written verdict within 48 business hours.
Set after the demonstration, based on two plans, never on a generic price sheet.

Site mapping, routes and missions defined.
Triggering missions, reading the robot's status, manual takeover.
Maintenance handled by us, one single regional contact.
We start with the pre-assessment, not a showroom presentation. You tell us your pallets per day, your heaviest load, your narrowest aisle and your floors. This site assessment is based on your own answers: the written verdict tells you what works, what needs a tape-measure check, and what blocks it.
Actual productivity, meanwhile, will be measured during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens: 6 hours of battery life at full load does not mean 6 hours of continuous work at 2 tonnes. Our brand is young: rather than references, we shortlist the best-qualified sites for this first wave.

After the demonstration, once distribution opens, you will receive pricing based on your site and your flows, never a generic price sheet: our figures are not public because they are built after the demonstration. Two plans exist. The full service plan combines the robot, maintenance, parts and training into a single all-inclusive monthly fee, booked as an operating expense.
The purchase and maintenance contract plan puts the robot on your balance sheet, with its upkeep covered by contract. Your regional contact helps you compare both plans against your accounting practices.

Once the plan is chosen, our teams map your site: the robot's navigation combines a 3D LiDAR and cameras (dual SLAM), with no modification to your infrastructure. We then define the routes, the pickup and drop-off points, and the missions your teams will trigger.
No site modification does not mean no integration: we configure the traffic zones, adjust missions to your flows and, if your site requires it, connect the robot to your elevators and automatic doors (optional integrations). If you operate several robots, the fleet coordinates, including offline.
No robotics expertise is required. A mission is triggered by the app, by the robot's buttons or by the programming interface linked to your systems. We train your operators to launch missions, read the robot's status and take back manual control: an operator can take over at any time, move the robot, then hand its autonomy back.
The robot's performance stays consistent: engaging a pallet takes it 20 s, at any time of day.
Once the robot is in service, maintenance remains our responsibility: it is included in the monthly fee under full service and covered by the maintenance contract under the purchase plan. Parts and interventions are ours to handle.
Above all, you keep a single regional contact, the same one from pre-assessment to after-sales service. This network already exists: it is easytoclean's, twelve regional contacts who know the industrial and logistics sites in their area.
For any question beforehand, our FAQ gathers the most frequent answers.
Your pallets move on their own? Your floors can be cleaned autonomously too. By the same group: over 700 sites supported across France, with the same regional contact.
Distribution is opening soon in France. The pre-assessment is free and serves as a site assessment: request it to find out if your aisles, thresholds and pallets are ready.
