The robot, configured for your site
The robot is delivered with 620 mm or 550 mm forks, chosen based on your pallets and aisle width.
Some companies prefer to invest rather than subscribe to a service. We sell the autonomous pallet truck and pair it with a maintenance contract. The robot joins your assets. Pricing comes after your site assessment.

Not every site wants a monthly fee. Some have an in-house technical team, an investment policy and stable operations over several years. In that case, purchasing is a coherent choice: we sell the machine, it joins your assets and depreciates under your own accounting rules.
We do, however, keep the maintenance, and this point is not negotiable: an autonomous pallet truck without upkeep ends up as idle equipment, whatever the quality of the machine.

The equipment is strictly the same as our full-service offer: the autonomous pallet truck, up to 2,000 kg per pallet, 200 mm lift. It moves your pallets at ground level and does not stack them into racking—we prefer to state this upfront.
Our brand is young and we will not quote fleets deployed by the dozen. We offer a more direct proof: the machine, at your facility, on your pallets, during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens. See the full autonomous pallet truck spec sheet.
The sale is not limited to delivering a machine. The equipment quote includes the following.
The robot is delivered with 620 mm or 550 mm forks, chosen based on your pallets and aisle width.
We deliver, install and connect the charger: a 200-240 V power supply is enough.
We map the site, define the routes, pickup and drop-off points, and traffic rules. The machine is operational at the end of the visit.
It takes place on site, for your handling teams and your lead technician: launching missions, manual takeover, reading logs.
It applies under the manufacturer's terms, and we handle it on your behalf.
It includes the operating manual and first-level procedures for your teams.
This contract is inseparable from the sale because an autonomous pallet truck has wear parts and software that evolves. Without upkeep, the machine degrades, then stops, and the investment loses its point.
Visits are scheduled based on the machine's actual usage intensity, not a theoretical calendar.
They are replaced at the right pace, before failure.
Navigation (3D LiDAR and cameras) and fleet coordination progress regularly: your machine benefits from that.
The intervention is handled by your regional contact, the same one you have known since the pre-assessment.
We monitor the machine's condition and mission history, to step in before a breakdown rather than after.
We adjust routes and priorities as your flows evolve.
Your teams already handle first-level upkeep of a machine fleet. The robot fits in without difficulty, and your lead technician talks directly with our regional contact.
Your finance department prefers to capitalize an asset rather than book an operating expense. The robot joins the balance sheet and depreciates under your own rules: your accountant sets the schedule.
Your pallet flows are steady and your site is not changing in the short term. Purchasing makes sense when the machine will work at the same location for a long time.
If your situation does not match this profile, full service combines the robot, maintenance, parts and training into a single all-inclusive monthly fee, booked as an operating expense. Discover full service.
Buying means taking on risks that full service leaves with us. None is a dealbreaker, but each deserves review before you decide. We present them below.
The contract covers on-site troubleshooting, not continuity of your handling during the stoppage. Under full service, keeping the machine in production is our contractual obligation.
The machine ages on your balance sheet. Depreciation and technology risk are yours, as with any equipment. Under full service, we take them on.
If your volumes or your site change, it falls to you to resell, relocate or add to the equipment. Under full service, the plan adjusts with the site.
Cash is tied up, and the resale value of an autonomous pallet truck remains hard to predict in a still-young market.
These risks do not rule out purchasing: they come with owning any equipment. If you would rather transfer them to us, the same machine is available under full service.
You answer the four questions of the site assessment: your regional contact sends back a written verdict within 48 business hours. The demonstration will follow once distribution opens, and it is what the pricing will be based on.
The quote has two lines: the robot on your balance sheet, and the monthly maintenance contract, on a recommended 48-month commitment. The same document also prices rental + full service, so you can compare on the same basis.
We deliver, install, map the site and configure the routes. Your team attends commissioning: training starts at this stage.
Training covers triggering missions by app, buttons or programming interface, manual takeover when a special case requires it, and reading logs. Your teams leave self-sufficient.
A single regional contact follows you, from pre-assessment to after-sales service. This network already exists: Easy To Clean's, 12 regional contacts, shared across our group's brands.
One clarification to avoid misunderstandings: the autonomous pallet truck installs without modifying your site—no rail, no beacon, no floor marking. This installation does, however, require integration: mapping, routes, priority rules and, if needed, optional integrations with your elevators and automatic doors are part of commissioning.
If questions remain before your decision, our FAQ answers them, and we detail the machine's day-to-day operation on a dedicated page.
