In most factories, a forklift operator spends part of their time shuttling between the receiving area, workstations and shipping. These runs represent hours of repetitive handling every day. The robot is designed precisely to take them over.

On a paced line, any supply interruption means a production stop. The autonomous pallet truck runs continuous shuttles between your receiving area and your workstations: it engages a pallet in 20 s, carries up to 2,000 kg and is triggered by app, station buttons or your programming interface, at the pace of your production. When a pallet sits offset or turned, it corrects its pickup on its own: up to 15 cm of offset and 15° of rotation, with no human intervention.
At the end of the line, the autonomous pallet truck picks up the pallet at 90° in a 2 m aisle, sets it down leaving 15 cm between pallets, and moves at 1.2 m/s loaded, 1.6 m/s empty. Its 200 mm lift matches a defined use: moving your pallets at ground level, from the workstation to the shipping area. It is a pallet truck, not a forklift: it does not stack at height. This defined scope contributes to its reliability in repetitive shuttle work.

The robot moves among your operators: it perceives its surroundings at 360°, slows, stops and steers around obstacles. This behavior, critical to operations, is detailed below.
A doorway, an expansion joint, a ramp: the robot crosses thresholds up to 10 mm, gaps up to 35 mm and loaded slopes up to 3° (about 5%), 8° empty. The pre-assessment verdict tells you which of these to measure at your site.
Three-runner pallets, perimeter base, non-standard supports: the robot's perception system identifies the support before engaging it. Two fork widths are available, 620 mm or 550 mm, based on your pallets and aisles.
The robot combines a 3D LiDAR and cameras, in dual SLAM: it localizes itself and perceives its surroundings simultaneously, across 360°. When an operator crosses the aisle, the robot slows then stops. If the obstacle remains, it steers around it when a safe path exists; otherwise, it waits. Your teams can also take back control at any time: manual mode turns the robot into a standard pallet truck, to handle the unexpected without interrupting the shop floor.
One clarification: 6 hours of battery life at full load does not mean 6 hours of continuous work at 2 tonnes. Actual productivity on your flows will be measured during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens. The detailed robot spec sheet is on the autonomous pallet truck page.
