In a warehouse, a large share of movements needs neither a mast nor stacking: they are ground-level runs, the same day after day, that occupy forklift operators from morning to night. The robot takes over the following runs.

The autonomous pallet truck engages a pallet at 90° in a 2 m aisle, in 20 s. If the pallet sits poorly, it corrects an offset up to 15 cm and a rotation up to 15° before picking it up. A 15 cm gap between two pallets is enough: your floor layout and your racking stay unchanged.
Its navigation combines a 3D LiDAR and cameras (dual SLAM): it locates itself without beacons or floor wires and distinguishes three-runner pallets, perimeter-base pallets and non-standard supports. It crosses a 10 mm threshold, a 35 mm gap, a 3° loaded slope (about 5%), and moves at 1.2 m/s loaded, 1.6 m/s empty, yielding to pedestrians.
Several robots share out missions and manage their crossings, including during a network outage: coordination also works offline. You trigger a mission from the app, from a button at the end of the aisle, or through the programming interface linked to your management system. An operator can take back manual control at any time.
Battery life is 12 h empty and 6 h at full load, with charging taking about 2 h on a 200-240 V outlet. That 6 h at full load does not mean 6 h of uninterrupted work at 2,000 kg: the relevant measure is the productivity observed on your actual runs, which will be assessed during the first wave of demonstrations, once distribution opens. Its lift is 200 mm, 80 mm with forks lowered: the autonomous pallet truck does not stack and never raises a pallet into racking. Movements at height, placing into racking as well as retrieval from a raised position, remain the job of your mast forklifts and the operators who drive them.
There is no choosing between the two pieces of equipment: the robot takes over repetitive ground-level runs, and your forklift operators focus on stacking, where their qualification is needed. An autonomous pallet truck complements your mast forklifts; it does not replace them.
