2. Data collected
We collect the data you provide via our forms (contact, site pre-assessment request, pilot-site program application): title, last name, first name, job title, company, email, phone, as well as information about your site (pallet flows, aisles, constraints) needed to assess your needs.
We also collect browsing data for audience measurement purposes, as described in our cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests (assessment, quote, contact), performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request;
- Managing the business relationship and service, performance of the contract or legitimate interest;
- Measuring the site's audience, your consent, collected via the cookie banner;
- Complying with our legal and accounting obligations, legal obligation.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for the Easy to Carry teams handling your request. It may be processed by our technical service providers acting as data processors within the meaning of the GDPR, notably our host (Infomaniak, Switzerland, a country recognized as adequate by the European Commission), our form tool, and our audience-measurement tools. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention periods
- Prospecting data / unanswered requests: up to 3 years from the last contact;
- Customer data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations;
- Browsing data: as indicated in the cookie policy.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to set guidelines for what happens to it after your death.
You may exercise these rights by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
