The Four Conditions That Determine a Deployment

A deployment isn't decided on a spec sheet. It's decided on four measurements, taken on your own site; the free pre-assessment tells you, based on your answers, which ones need checking with a tape measure. Here they are, with what each one means in practice.

Threshold: 10 mm

The robot can clear a 10 mm threshold. Doorway thresholds, joints between slabs and workshop sills can all be measured in a few seconds with a tape measure. Above that value, the answer isn't necessarily no: a light ramp settles most cases, and the pre-assessment verdict spells it out for you.

Gap: 35 mm

A gap or expansion joint of 35 mm or less is crossed without any trouble. It's the measurement most often overlooked in projects, and the hardest one to fix afterwards: better to know it before signing anything.

Gradient: 3° loaded

At full load, the autonomous pallet truck climbs a 3° gradient, roughly 5%. Unloaded, the tolerance rises to 8°. Dock ramps and level changes between buildings will be checked with the robot loaded during the first round of demonstrations, once distribution opens; until then, the pre-assessment verdict tells you what to measure.

Aisle: 2 m

A 2 m aisle allows a right-angle pallet pick-up, and 15 cm between two pallets is enough for engagement. For tighter layouts, the Narrow Fork version, with 550 mm forks, is reviewed during the assessment.

Measure rather than promise

These four figures come from the manufacturer's spec sheet, and we add nothing to them: no theoretical throughput, no return on investment calculated from an armchair.
