About us

Your pallets are on the move. Someone stands behind that.

Easy to Carry deploys the autonomous pallet truck in factories, warehouses and distribution centers, to support your teams, never to replace them.

Founding team of the Easy To group

We are a service company. Our job is to move your pallets without tying up your teams. The robot is the tool, not the point.

Moving pallets between two points on a site is repetitive, physical, and adds no value for the person doing it. That's exactly what a machine does well: the same run, all day, with no fatigue. We take that work off your hands, and your forklift operators focus on the maneuvers that call for human judgment.

A robot alone isn't enough. That's why we follow the method that built the group's reputation: a free pre-assessment run by your regional contact, a written verdict within 48 business hours, then a demonstration during the first wave, once distribution opens. Behind every step is someone you know by their first name.

The Easy To group

Four businesses, one shared idea

Easy to Carry is the fourth company of the Easy To group, after Easy To Change, Easy To Compost and Easy to Clean. Operational services that take on, on site, a task nobody wants to manage.

Collecting and recycling cigarette butts. The group's first business, the one that set the method: we install, we come by, we report back.

Recovering biowaste. Same logic, a different flow: an on-site service, with equipment we maintain and rounds we run ourselves.

Robotic floor cleaning. We were already at our clients' sites for their waste; they asked us for their floors.

Autonomous pallet handling. The newest one: the same regional network, applied this time to the internal flows of your sites.

A client can deal with us alone for all four, with the same contact in their region.

How we work

What it means to run a service

Selling a machine takes an hour. Moving your pallets for years takes a lot more. Here's what we actually do.

  1. We start with the pre-assessment

The pre-assessment is based on your own input: four questions, a written verdict within 48 business hours. It's free, with no commitment, and serves as a site assessment. The demonstration comes once distribution opens.

  2. We measure instead of promising

Four measurements determine feasibility: thresholds of 10 mm or less, gaps of 35 mm or less, slopes of 3° or less loaded, aisles of 2 m or more. Everything is described here.

  3. We map the site and commission it

Your contact maps the site, defines routes and missions. The autonomous pallet truck finds its way using 3D LiDAR and cameras: no beacons, no floor markings, no rails.

  4. We train your teams, not a single point person

Triggering a mission from the app or a button, reading the robot's status, taking back manual control: no technical skills are required.

  5. We stay, afterward

Maintenance is handled by us, and it's the same person who ran your pre-assessment who takes care of it. One point of contact, from the first call to after-sales service.

The usual pattern
  1. A salesperson sells the machine
  2. A project manager organizes delivery
  3. A vendor takes over after-sales service
  4. A technician discovers your site on the day it breaks down

Four contacts, and the last one knows neither your floors, your hours, nor what was agreed at the start.

The person who works on your machine is the one who saw your site before deployment. Nothing to re-explain.

To be clear

What we don't do

A service company is judged as much by what it refuses as by what it promises.

We don't sell a forklift

The robot is an autonomous pallet truck: its lift is 200 mm, it moves loads on the ground and doesn't stack at height. We say so on every page, and we'd rather lose a project than let anyone believe otherwise.

We don't announce savings without measurement

Our two plans are laid out plainly: all-inclusive rental, or purchase with a maintenance contract. Pricing comes after the assessment of your site, never before. What we refuse to announce without measurement is savings: the return on investment is calculated on your own flows, during the study, never in a brochure.

We don't replace your forklift operators

The robot takes on repetitive pallet runs. Complex maneuvers, stacking at height, and anything that calls for human judgment stay with your teams.

We don't invent references

Easy to Carry is a young brand and doesn't showcase any deployment it hasn't actually carried out. It draws on the group's network and method, proven since Easy To Change.

Make up your own mind

The pilot-site program is open until official launch. The pre-assessment is free: four questions, a written verdict within 48 business hours. It's our only way to get started, before the first wave of demonstrations once distribution opens.
